Join this class and knit a selection of unique squares created by knitting expert Nicky Epstein. Students learn advanced stitch techniques in 10-inch squares so by the end they have mastered new techniques and are well on their way to completing an heirloom afghan for a family member or friend.
The Great American Afghan a square at a time is a great opportunity for knitter’s to expand their skills taking on the challenge of learning advanced techniques one square at a time. Knitters find designing with blocks easy, fun, instructive and exciting.
Knitters explore a broad range of advanced knitting techniques one square at a time and work together to create a unique afghan.

SWIRL SCARF OR AFGHAN – ($35 + supplies) Hexagon shaped motifs are joined creating a kaleidoscope of swirling colors in this scarf or afghan project.
